This weekend we were busy, busy with our holiday mini sessions. Our clients were festive not only with their spirit but their outfits too!It was a fun memorable weekend!

I met Isabel and Leonard last year and was thrilled when mom called me to schedule another photo session to celebrate their 2013 birthdays!  Isabel is 3 and Leonard is 1.  These two had a blast in the studio sitting climbing playing on the furniture and hamming it up for the camera.  Oh, and Isabel just loves our little dog, Indy, so bribery didn’t come in the form of sugar for once.  (But Leonard? Wanted absolutely nothing to do with a dog, so that made the bribery a little…interesting…one gets to play, the other is shielded…ah well.  It worked out okay I think!)  Here is a quick little peek at their birthday session!

And a short video, too!

These two faces will be familiar to many of my followers, I’m sure!  Logan and Devin are brothers who are growing up way, way, WAY too fast!  I mean, just yesterday Logan was scooting (not crawling…LOL!) and Devin was a baby…right???  Where does the time go?  Here are a few of this year’s spring photo session (inside, because, well…brrrrrr!)

Oh, and I haven’t shared one of these slideshows in a while, but I’ve had a request to bring them back. So, here’s a quick video of the boys’ photo session. Enjoy!

I think you will remember Leonard from an earlier summer session.  Here is his sister, Isabel, and the rest of the family!  We met on the grounds of a family home – the grounds were spectacular, but the people?  Were even better!

It was a cold, windy and even at times, rainy day when I met the Fleck family for some photos in downtown Sandusky.  They were great about running around to find little warm spots and treasures amongst the brick buildings.  We made sure to drive between locations, so that we could blast the heat and warm up our fingers and toes, too!  Here are a few of my personal favorites from their recent session:

After finishing up outside, we rescheduled for a few indoor shots just for 5 year old K.  She had So. Much. Fun. with the sequins and glitter!  What a blast!

The Buerks are such great people!  I’m so thankful that I met them at the Sylvania Fall Festival this year…and so grateful that they hired me to take their holiday photos at their home!  Check out a few of their photos and I’m sure you’ll see why I think they are awesome:

Yep, they have their backyard trampoline sunk into the ground.  I saw that and went “yeah…we are so doing that!”
The three youngest thought that was cool…they had a blast!

I can’t wait to see the Buerks again next year! 🙂

The Schankes are friends of ours, so when they asked about having a fall photo session to celebrate their youngest’s first birthday, of course I obliged!  I couldn’t wait for the cake smash portion of the event… 🙂  Check out their family photos and a few of that splendid cake smash, too!

Meet Miss “M”.  Her family recently met me out at Sidecut for a fall photo session.  Their gallery will be ready to post soon, but I just had to share Miss M’s many expressions.  Isn’t she adorable with all those missing teeth?!? 🙂

I love this family!  They had an awesome fall session at Wildwood Metropark in Toledo.  I think the family dog, Hester, even had a good time!

Check out their session video, too!

This weekend, Megan & Madison had an outdoor photo session in downtown Sylvania.  Their mom got in on the fun, too, and I’ll have lots more to show of all three lovely ladies very soon.  Until then, here is a very quick sneak peek of the sisters…hard to believe they are only 10 and 12 years old.  Careful mom and dad – they are going to be heart breakers!
